21 LVSHES Booking Policies Booking Requirements A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. By booking, you agree to all listed policies. Cancellation & Rescheduling You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours will be charged 20% of the scheduled service. No-shows will also be charged 20%. Late Policy Please arrive on time. Clients who are 10+ minutes late may have their appointment canceled or service shortened while still being charged the full price. Foreign Fills I do not accept foreign fills. If you currently have lashes from another artist, please book a removal + full set. Payment Options All card payments are processed securely through GlossGenius. A small processing fee is already included in all listed prices. Refills Refills must be booked within 21 days and require at least 40% lash retention. Anything beyond that will need to be booked as a new set. Clean Lashes Only Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. Dirty lashes will require a lash bath, which may reduce lashing time. Child Policy For safety and relaxation, no children or extra guests are allowed during appointments.
